A signature is required upon receipt of your package. FedEx only accepts the personal signature of the recipient.
Due to COVID-19, FedEx has implemented contactless delivery. Upon arrival, the driver will confirm the recipient’s first initial and last name and enter “C-19” in place of the signature. The shipping provider is responsible for the customer-owned property while the property is in transit, up until delivery confirmation is provided at which point, the transfer of property is complete, and the buyer assumes responsibility of the property.

Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items are not shown?
An order will be considered a "gift" if the civil status, last name or first name of the invoicing information is different from that of the delivery information. In this specific case, an invoice where the price of the items are not shown will be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
Requests for returns and exchanges should be made within fourteen (14) days after purchase to info@veronicatharmalingam.com. Once your return or exchange is approved by one of our customer care associates, they will e-mail you shipping instructions. Returns must be received within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of purchase. Each return and exchange is handled on an individual basis, and restocking fees may apply. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise should be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please include the original packing slip with your return. We value your opinion and encourage your feedback. On the back of the packing slip, please note the reason(s) for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected our customer care associates will send you an email to notify you that we received your return or exchange. Returns eligible for exchange, merchandise credit and/or refund will then be processed. Please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) days for the full processing of your return or exchange. To order an alternate style, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued and a new order should be placed.
International Orders and PO BOX

Your Veronica Tharmalingam product is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship when used according to the Care Instructions. Whether purchased directly from us or through a third party, you can make claims under this warranty.
If a defect arises within this period, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the product at no cost using new parts.
Replace the product with the same model or, with your consent, a similar model or color.
This warranty excludes normal wear and tear unless failure results from defects in materials or workmanship. It also does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Loss or damage not attributable to defects covered by this warranty.
Losses caused by user negligence.
However, this limitation does not apply in cases of:
