Order

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Due to the intricate details of each piece, the waiting period for some handbag orders may take approximately three (3) months.

All of our products are created by hand by our craftsmen, that require meticulous attention and craftsmanship which each of our craftsmen are specialized in.

We work primarily with materials and resources readily available in the market and hand picked by Veronica Tharmalingam herself.

Each piece is fashioned by one to 5 master artisans to ensure your unique piece is of optimal and lasting quality.

Our jewelry pieces are made in very limited batches, and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery as these are not mass produced.

Delivery

How much is the delivery?

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders above $200. You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery cost depends on the delivery service you select: Express 2 days service will cost $35.00 or more, Standard Overnight service will cost $60.00 or more, Priority Overnight service will cost $70.00 or more, and Saturday Delivery service will cost $85.00 or more. Out of Delivery Area surcharges may apply. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be invoiced a supplement of $10 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For international orders please contact our customer service to help you with your order and quick handling and shipping. Goods purchased via this Website may only be delivered within United States. Any delivery address located outside of United States will be refused during the ordering procedure.

Do you deliver to a PO BOX?

Veronicathaarmalingam.com will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.

I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?

Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not process orders on weekends.

Payment

Which means of payment are accepted by Veronica Tharmalingam?

All orders are payable in United States Dollars $USD. We accept the following charge, debit and credit cards: MasterCard®, Visa®, Diners Club®, American Express®, JCB®, UnionPay®. We also accept PayPal®.

Your order will only be dispatched once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

TRequests for returns and exchanges should be made within ten (10) days after purchase to info@veronicatharmalingam.com. Once your return or exchange is approved by one of our customer care associates, they will e-mail you shipping instructions. Returns must be received within eighteen (18) days from the date of purchase. Each return and exchange is handled on an individual basis, and restocking fees may apply. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise should be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please include the original packing slip with your return. We value your opinion and encourage your feedback. On the back of the packing slip, please note the reason(s) for the return.

Do you accept refunds?

Once your return is received and inspected our customer care associates will send you an email to notify you that we received your return or exchange. Returns eligible for exchange, merchandise credit and/or refund will then be processed. Please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) days for the full processing of your return or exchange. To order an alternate style, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued and a new order should be placed.

I’ve received a Veronica Tharmalingam item as a gift, what are my options?

If you received your item as a gift and it does not fully meet your expectations, we will gladly issue a merchandise credit for the current value of the item being returned. Your return should meet our eligibility requirements under Returns & Exchanges.
