Returns & Exchanges
Requests for returns and exchanges should be made within fourteen (14) days after purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return or exchange is approved by one of our customer care associates, they will e-mail you shipping instructions. Returns must be received within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of purchase. Each return and exchange is handled on an individual basis, and restocking fees may apply. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise should be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please include the original packing slip with your return. We value your opinion and encourage your feedback. On the back of the packing slip, please note the reason(s) for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected our customer care associates will send you an email to notify you that we received your return or exchange. Returns eligible for exchange, merchandise credit and/or refund will then be processed. Please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) days for the full processing of your return or exchange. To order an alternate style, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued and a new order should be placed.
International Orders and PO BOX
Goods purchased via this Website may only be delivered within United States. Any delivery address located outside of United States will be refused during the ordering procedure. Veronicatharmalingam.com will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.
Final Sale items
Final sale items are offered as is, at an end of season discount, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you received your item as a gift and it does not fully meet your expectations, we will gladly issue a merchandise credit for the current value of the item being returned. Your return should meet our eligibility requirements under Returns & Exchanges. Please contact one of our customer care associates for further assistance within fourteen (14) days of receiving your gift at email@example.com.
