Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders above $800.
You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure.
Delivery cost depends on the delivery service you select:
Once your order is ready to be sent : Express 2 days service will cost $35.00, Standard Overnight service will cost $60.00, Priority Overnight service will cost $70.00, and Saturday Delivery service will cost $85.00.
Out of Delivery Area surcharges may apply.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be invoiced a supplement of $10.
Once your order is ready it will be shipped according to the method of delivery you choose.
Ground: allow between one to seven business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.
2-Day: your order must reach us before 2 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered within two business days.
Overnight: your order must reach us before 2 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). It will be delivered the following business day. This option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. If you are not sure of your zip code, please contact our customer service at 424-302-6629 from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m (Pacific Time), we will be happy to assist you.
Priority Overnight: if your order is placed before 2 p.m. (Pacific Time), it will be delivered the following business day by 10 a.m. to most areas and by 2 p.m. to extended areas.
Saturday Delivery: if your order is placed between Thursday at 2:01 p.m. and Friday 1:59 p.m. (Pacific Time), it will be delivered on Saturday by 10 a.m. to most areas and by 2 p.m. to extended areas.
How do I track delivery of my order?

Where does Veronicatharmalingam.com deliver?
Goods purchased via this Website may only be delivered within United States. Any delivery address located outside of United States will be refused during the ordering procedure. Veronicatharmalingam.com will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.
Could you deliver to a PO box?
Predominantly for security reasons, Veronicatharmalingam.com will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package. FedEx only accepts the personal signature of the recipient.
Due to COVID-19, FedEx has implemented contactless delivery. Upon arrival, the driver will confirm the recipient’s first initial and last name and enter “C-19” in place of the signature. The shipping provider is responsible for the customer-owned property while the property is in transit, up until delivery confirmation is provided at which point, the transfer of property is complete, and the buyer assumes responsibility of the property.

Will my order be gift wrapped?
Your purchases are delivered in a Veronica Tharmalingam box tied with a royal blue ribbon.
Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items are not shown?
An order will be considered a "gift" if the civil status, last name or first name of the invoicing information is different from that of the delivery information. In this specific case, an invoice where the price of the items are not shown will be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.
To request an invoice where the price is not shown, even if your invoicing information is identical to your delivery information, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order: 424-302-6629 option 1 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.PT, Thursday from 9 a.m to 7 p.m PT, saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m PT.
If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?
Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or superior value is possible (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). The gift recipient should contact our Customer Service department by telephone at 424-302-6629 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.PT, Thursday from 9 a.m to 7 p.m PT, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m ET, or by email under the "Contact us" section. He/she will then be emailed a pre-paid return label.
